Do you want a great playground with a sea view?

Rathmullan Playground is a beautiful scenic playground right on the beach, with fantastic rides for children and great facilities around it. Shops, restaurants, coffee, tea vans, bathrooms with changing rooms, you name it!

There's so much to do around you there. There's a beautiful roughly 3km forest walk along the beach, just around the corner, with a great rope swing from a beautiful ancient tree. It's pretty magical having the green forest right against the beach complementing each other and making Rathmullan beach extra special. The forest is also great on showery days, where you can take shelter then continue on your adventure. The pathway would be suitable for cycling but a bit bumpy for ordinary buggies. There's more than one narrow path to the sandy beach, either walking back to the car park or sitting and relaxing and taking it all in.
